toll booths and byways

Today was primarily spent driving and resting and driving some more. I wasn’t a big fan of the tolls we had continuously stop at, merging back into traffic was crazy stressful. I don’t think that I was meant to drive a car, especially not in the north east. We very much enjoyed our time spent at the “Welcome Center” entering Delaware, we were impressed with the contemporary architecture of the building and are happy the toll money is being used properly. Right now we’re in Philly staying with my Aunt. Tomorrow night we’re planning on playing an open mic outside the city because, unfortunately, the other show we had booked fell though. I’m looking forward to it though, hanging out with other musicians will be a cool change of pace.
