“It’s not too early to give up now”: Turntable, Jamestown, NC

Turntable was a good idea.Image

The owners of the venue are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, truly supportive and encouraging. Unfortunately no one really showed up to the show, we’re going to blame that on Mother’s Day. Still, we had a great time playing our music and having conversations with the owners. They shared some awesome tips for the tour and hanging out in Turntable is always a trip, the furniture and atmosphere are one of a kind. I definitely recommend paying them a visit if you find yourself in their neck of the woods. We’ve made it to Raleigh now, crashing at my brother’s house for tonight until Tuesday morning. We plan to write tomorrow, see the city and hopefully meander ourselves onto a stage in Durham by evening time. More to come. #GSDT

Much Love,

Penn
